Facilities Maintenance (Combo w/ IFMA)

Presented by Seth Kunkel (Project Manager, Facilities Group) at Verdantas

Machinery Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (MFMEA) is a systematic approach used to identify risks associated with machinery and equipment failure. In this joint ASHRAE and IFMA presentation, we will explore what MFMEA is, why it is crucial for reliability, and how it contributes to reducing lifecycle costs and improving return on investment (ROI).  MFMEA focuses on understanding potential failure modes, their effects, and the associated risks in machinery and equipment. By analyzing these factors, organizations can enhance reliability, reduce down time, and implement preventive maintenance plans.  MFMEA plays a critical role in ensuring machinery reliability, minimizing downtime, and optimizing ROI. By proactively addressing failure risks, organizations can achieve cost-effective maintenance practices and maintain a competitive edge in the manufacturing industry.
